Use MFE Cloud support for account access, subscription questions, API-connection issues, capital-allocation problems, dashboard controls, suspected security incidents, or general service enquiries.
Support Channels
Email: mfecloud@gmail.com
Website: www.mfecloud.in
For security-related issues, use the same support email and clearly mark the message SECURITY in the subject line.
Before Contacting Support
- Do not send API secrets, passwords, private keys, OTPs, recovery codes, or exchange login credentials by email or chat.
- Never enable exchange withdrawal permission for an MFE Cloud API key.
- For an execution issue, include the approximate time, exchange, symbol, visible error or status message, and any relevant screenshot that does not contain secrets.
- For subscription issues, include your registered MFE Cloud email address and the selected capital plan.
Urgent Trading Issue
If you believe automated trading is behaving unexpectedly, use the appropriate MFE Cloud safety control available in your dashboard and independently verify your open positions directly on all connected exchanges.
Exchange-side controls remain available through your own exchange accounts. MFE Cloud does not prevent you from independently managing your exchange account when required.
Security Incident
If you suspect that an API credential has been exposed, revoke or disable the affected API key directly at the exchange immediately. Create a new restricted API key only when it is safe to do so and contact MFE Cloud support without sending the secret key itself.
Subscription & Capital Questions
MFE Cloud subscription access is linked to the subscribed capital entitlement. Your actual MFE capital allocation may be lower than your subscribed capital limit but cannot exceed it.
For plan changes, capital upgrades, subscription validity, free-trial questions, or payment-related enquiries, contact MFE Cloud support.
Important Security Reminder
MFE Cloud support will never ask you to send your exchange password, OTP, private key, seed phrase, withdrawal code, or complete API secret through email, mobile message, or chat.
