Trading Risk Disclosure
Automated leveraged crypto trading involves substantial risk of loss.
MFE Cloud is a technology and automated-execution service. Use of the service does not eliminate trading risk and does not guarantee profitable results.
Market and leverage risk
Crypto-asset prices can move rapidly. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses and may result in liquidation or loss of a substantial portion of allocated capital.
Automation and execution risk
Orders may execute at different prices or times than expected because of slippage, liquidity, volatility, latency, exchange matching behavior, rate limits, API errors, disconnections, maintenance, rejected orders, partial fills, or other technical conditions.
Hedging and recovery risk
Hedging, cutting, recovery, trailing, or other risk-management logic can reduce or alter risk but cannot guarantee recovery, breakeven, a maximum loss, or successful closure of a cycle. Positions on two exchanges may not execute simultaneously or symmetrically.
Exchange and counterparty risk
Customer funds remain with the connected exchanges and are subject to each exchange's operational, custody, liquidity, legal, security, and counterparty risks. MFE Cloud does not control those exchanges.
Technology risk
VPS failures, internet routing issues, software defects, stale data, credential problems, clock differences, infrastructure outages, or unexpected third-party changes may interrupt monitoring or execution.
Performance information
Backtests, simulations, paper trading, demonstrations, examples, and past live results have inherent limitations and are not promises of future performance. Market conditions can change materially.
Your responsibility
Only allocate capital you can afford to lose. Review your exchange settings and API permissions, understand leverage and liquidation mechanics, monitor your accounts, and obtain independent financial, tax, and legal advice where appropriate.
